I’d like to say something. But I can't find the hand raise. Karen

57:47
What are you planning to make this a green healthy building?

59:13
How long does the BPL anticipate the branch will be closed, and what arrangements are being made to provide services during that period?

01:01:03
Are there examples of land being leased to a developer and how does the Library keep control of the space.

01:01:07
Need to avoid the appearance of a wall along the northern side of Cambridge Streeet.

This is Susann Benoit speaking as 'me'!

Would like to support a tall building - used for senior affordable housing. With preference given to seniors who were driven out of the West End in the 60s - and who returned to live in Charles River Park. By housing them in the new building, their (larger) apartments would become available. A win-win. The locations provides all services seniors need: medical, supermarket, shops, houses of worship.

01:10:12
For clarity, will the housing portion of the building be owned by the City and leased to the developer/operator of the housing?

01:20:48
Hi all - just wanted to add Rep. Livingstone’s comments (as I’ve been texting him updates while he attends another meeting tonight.) Thanks for your work on this Joe!“I’m excited about the affordable housing on this site. I appreciate the city’s creativity here and support that happening. I also look forward to the upgrades of the library. As you heard tonight, the details of any development are important to the neighborhood and look forward to more details coming as the project proceeds.”

Dan Murphy from the Beacon Hill Times here

01:29:45
Would love to see priority given to people who already work in the neighborhood. To the extent that FHA allows.

01:34:21
AMI for Charles River Park and Beacon Hill is high - will that require a 60% or lower formula?? Please note that the supermarkets are in a "higher income" zone and prices are higher than, say, a Star Market in Lynn (don't know if there is a Star in Lynn!)

01:37:32
N. B. there is a Star Market in Lynn!

01:39:23
Carbon emissions , yes - but also recognizing residents' health with non-emitting fuels for all energy fuels - for new heat pumps technologies for heating and electric/induction cooking

01:40:50
Would the city be deciding who is approved to rent if the units are owned by the developer?

01:42:12
When/where will the actual design of the project be discussed?

01:42:54
Thank you Joe, I look forward to staying in touch about your work - Molly

What seems to be missing from the timeline is an opportunity for the community to provide feedback on a draft RFP before the final RFP is issued.

01:58:47
Draft RFP would be good

01:59:29
Draft RFP would be important to the neighborhood

01:59:45
I agree - thanks

01:59:57
